Hello, I'm Leslie.
I'm a PhD student in Business Administration at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. My research focus is in behavioral marketing and research interests includes: branding, retailing, organizational identity. My research uses qualitative methods to examine how brands construct and sustain meaning across markets. I am preparing for a career as a tenure-track faculty member at a research-oriented business school.
I'm a recreational distance runner. My target race schedule includes the 2027 Shanghai Marathon, 2028 LA Marathon, and 2029 Boston Marathon.
I cofounded Practice Hospitality, a hotel management company. I design, source, and implement technology solutions in all stages of hotel development from design, construction, to operations. I specialize in product positioning, go-to-market, distribution, and revenue generation technology.
I'm moving back to San Francisco in June 2026. I want to live and work in London or Hong Kong for a few years. Then, I'll move back to San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, or New York.
People and places are important to me. I try to capture memories through words and photos along the way.
