Hello, I'm Leslie.

I'm a PhD student in Business Administration at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. My research field is service marketing. I study service experiences in travel, hospitality, and culture, including how consumers use generative AI and physical AI. I extend into consumer culture theory to examine how consumers construct identity through consumption. I work in the interpretivist paradigm with qualitative methods. I am preparing for a second career as a tenure-track faculty member at a research-oriented business school.
